Oh ho, looking for a homepage?

We just do edamame. Roasted edamame.
And we do it f*cking well. So we don't do “much else.”

If/when we do “much else,” you'll be the .

Since your nosey a*s wanted to know more —

What We're Doing?

Mumbai runs on snacking, whether it admits it or not. The 11am chai break that turns into biscuits. The 4pm crash that turns into whatever's closest. The midnight fridge stare-down where you're not even hungry, you're just tired, or stressed, or both, and eating feels like the only decision you have the energy to make.

We've all stood there. Standing in front of an open fridge at 1am is basically a national pastime.

Here's the part nobody says out loud: most of what you reach for in that moment isn't doing anything for you. It's not fixing the stress, it's not fixing the day, it's just filling five minutes and setting up the next crash. You know this. You eat it anyway.

We wanted to make the thing you reach for actually do something back. Something you could eat on repeat without doing the guilt math every single time.

That's where came in.

You've had it before, probably. At that one fancy Asian place, in a little bowl, lightly salted, gone in four bites before the mains even showed up. Turns out the fanciest thing on that table the whole time was the free starter.

We Only Edamame?*

Yes. On purpose.

Edamame is one of the few plant proteins that actually holds up on its own; no isolate, no protein powder theatrics, no fine print. Just the bean, roasted till it's got crunch, seasoned till it's got personality. 40g protein per 100g. That's not a rounded-up marketing number, that's the bean doing its job.

Non-GMO. No palm oil. Nothing in the ingredients list that needs a Google search. Lab tested for a 6 month shelf life, so it survives your pantry, not just a photoshoot.

Three flavours, no fourth one coming to pad the lineup:

Bombay Heat for people who think mild is a personality flaw
Blazed Cheddar for people who miss the good kind of guilt
Naked for people who just want the bean to speak for itself

We could've added filler, bigger claims, a mascot with a catchphrase. We chose to get the one thing right first. Everything else can wait, and when it stops waiting, you'll be the first to know. Told you.

First to know.

When we finally do “much else,” you hear it before anyone else.

You're on the list. We'll be annoying about it, but only once.
